Gain a firsthand insight into the region's multi million-dollar lobster industry by joining a tour of the live lobster processing facility at Geraldton Fishermen's Co-operative. You can follow the lobsters' journey from the moment they arrive at the co-operative, through the sorting process, into the holding tanks and onto packaging in preparation for world export. The tours are from Monday to Friday at 9.30am.  (*NB as of the season 2005/2006 fishing season, a small charge will be incurred for such tours).
